Energy prices as an influencing factor, restaurant sector affected mostly, and due to hard time the people face and their low income affects sales

Pandemic changed the lifestyle of many individuals and with relates to food industry, deliver options rose up to 150% during the last couple of years.

 

People switch to different food habits, according to recent studies people tend to favor fast food over homemade foods due to busy schedules.

           Technological

 

Digitalized world replaced many conventional marketing platforms. Food sector is no less, affected by technological tools such as payment methods, and food delivery services.

Environmental

 

Hygiene leads to food sector, especially in UK restaurants ought to follow environmental guideline such as ethical, waste management, and plastic usage.

 

Better managing of restaurant will save the external threats. Hygiene as a crucial part to the value of the business Rasa Bojun could significantly pay attention to the above.

 

            Legal

 

According to employment act 1996, and Equality act 2012 UK companies hold on to legal rights in protecting employee rights (Chatham, 2019).
